5 January 2012 - AIR SHOW PERFORMERS MAKE EARLY CONFIRMATIONS FOR EAA AIRVENTURE 2012
- Many of the world’s top air show performers have already given early confirmations to participate at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2012, the 60th annual “World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration” scheduled for July 23-29 at Wittman Regional Airport. Daily air shows at EAA AirVenture are presented by Rockwell Collins, a leading provider of communication and aviation electronic solutions for military and commercial customers around the globe.
4 January 2012 - AirShow to celebrate 100th anniversary of Cannes International Airport
- At the sixth Cannes AirShow, which will be held from June 7 to 9, 2012, the only General Aviation Exhibition in France will celebrate the 100th anniversary of Cannes-Mandelieu International Airport. To mark the occasion, several special activities are planned, including a photographic presentation tracing the history of aviation and air shows.

Running enthusiasts can navigate a unique, aircraft-lined course by competing in the fifth annual EAA Runway 5K, scheduled for Saturday, July 30, at 7 a.m. during AirVenture 2011 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh. The 3.1-mile run/walk through the convention grounds will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh, YMCA Strong Kids Fund, and Cerebral Palsy of Mideast Wisconsin.
