All Air Australia flights have been grounded as a result of the company being placed in administration. See the Air Australia. website for information for affected travellers.
Australians affected by the cancellation of Air Australia services from Phuket, Denpasar and Honolulu should get in touch with their travel agent and/or insurance company to organise alternative flights.
If you are unable to contact them, you should call the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s 24-hour Consular Emergency Centre on +61 2 6261 3305, and it will see if it can contact them on your behalf and get them to get in touch with you.
